Current and Holy GRAIL MAKEUP FAVORITES!
Today I want to share with you my ALL time favorites and current favorites that I have recently found!
My all time favorite Blush: MELBA POWDER BLUSH FROM MAC!
This is a very nice coral/pink color! I love how it's matte and very controllable. I like natural looking blushes, so, using melba with a light hand is perfect!!
I just recently bought the famous WARM SOUL POWDER BLUSH FROM MAC!
This is a mineralized blush with a sheer but buildable beautiful bronze peach tone. I like this because if gives me this glow on my cheeks. I usually put this on top of another blush.
My HOLY GRAIL face setting powder is the Laura Mercier translucent setting powder. This product also comes in the loose powder form. This is very expensive!! So I try to use this sparingly. I switch off to Mac's blotting powder to save this baby! Haha. I love the smooth silky feel and the flawless finish it gives my face after applying foundation.
My favorite corrector/concealer is the Bobbi Brown Corrector. I am in the color light peach! I feel that this corrector gives the perfect coverage for my under eyes. Also it does not crease (make sure you don't put too much ;)) I do use this under my eyes and my red spots and set it with my laura mercier setting powder.
My current favorite eyeshadow is the MAC SOFT BROWN EYESHADOW. I religiously used smog from urban decay but I started to fall in love with matte eyeshadows. I wanted to find a nice daily matte eyeshadow and I found this beauty! Mac soft brown eyeshadow is the perfect neutral brown with a little bit of orange undertone.
I know this is a bit weird but I use this eyeshadow from Benefit Nice Melons as a highlight on my face. It gives this beautiful glow on the cheeks & nose. Sounds weird but give it a try!
My favorite face foundation brushes would definitely be ELF's Powder Brush & Real Techniques Buffing Brush! The Elf's powder brush has a flat top that buffs SO WELL! If I had to choose one it would definitely be the Elf brush. The Real Techniques buffing brush is also very nice. It has a very soft top and applies very smoothly. The reason I like the Elf brush better is because I like stiffer tops. I feel that it blends better and does not leave any streaks.
My HOLY GRAIL eyeliner is the Revlon Color Stay Liquid Liner in Blackest Black! I am a liquid liner type of girl. I will stand by this product forever! I love the tip on the liner! I hate those flexible brush type of applicator. This Revlon color stay has a firm felt tip that makes it easier for me to apply.
I will not include my all time favorite foundations because I gave a review on them on my previous post. See you guys on my next post~

ALL ABOUT FOUNDATIONS! HITS & MISSES!
Hey guys!
Today I will be talking about the foundations I have tried and which I like the BEST!
FAVORITES:
When I want a full coverage I use my MAC STUDIO FIX. I am completely in love with this product. It is not too watery and not too thick. I use this the most when I am going out for dinner, special occasions, or just in the mood to have a nice full covered face. This does not finish cakey at all and it is very build-able. I am in the shade NC30. I love the color range for this foundation. If you are new MAC make sure you find out if you are either a warm tone or a cold tone skin.
Another foundation that I have been using everyday is BENEFIT HELLO FLAWLESS OXYGEN foundation! The consistency is very watery. I feel that to best apply this foundation is either with a flat kabuki brush or just your hands. I found that other brushes will give it a streaky look. I have been using this foundation during the day. I love how it is light but yet build-able.
OTHER FOUNDATION REVIEWS:
I have tried the new Urban Decay Naked Foundation and to be honest it was *okay*. Would I purchase it? No I would not. I feel that the finish on it looks a bit powdery on my skin. (I am dry to combination skin).
Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua Foundation is a very watery foundation. I do love this foundation but I feel that it is super sheer. The color range is the basics. It is super pricey. I posted this in my May Favorites but I probably would not repurchase this due to the cost.
Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation is a very heavy foundation. I feel that I'm wearing 10 layers of foundation! :O Ah. I also felt that Lancome's 24hr teint was a very heavy feeling foundation. If you are super dry I definitely do not recommend this one.
FOUNDATIONS I WOULD LIKE TO TRY:
I have heard so much great things about Nars Sheer Glow Foundation. If you have tried this please let me know if it is worth the $$$!

My makeup vanity! With organization tips!
Hello Hello everyone!
I wanted to share with you guys how I organized my little vanity. I do have a small room so I tried to make use of the small space.
This is an overview of what it looks like.
Desk is from IKEA! Only $20. It is called the Laiva Desk. The only downfall of this desk is that it is meant for a computer. So in the back it has a slit where the cable cords are suppose to fall through. Instead I put a board there and put all my eyeshadow palette, mac fluids, and a container w/ qtips & cottonballs. Oh also it does not have drawers which is a pain! But the price is right and I have used different methods to store things.
Mirror I got from Macys. Which was ALOT on the expensive side. I totally regret spending so much money on it. I found out there is an exact mirror you can buy at Target for $20.
The cream colored ottoman I bought from TJ MAXX for $14! What a bargain. And I love how you can open it up and store many things into it. This helps when you have a small room!! I store my cleaning materials inside.
The plastic containers on the right is from the Container Store! It is on sale right now for $8.99 each! I really like the quality of the containers. It comes with 3 drawers and helps me organize my makeup. I organize the drawers in the following order: First drawer contains foundations, 2nd Face powders, 3rd primers, 4th highlighters & concealers, 5th blushes, 6th bronzers, paintpots, and eyeshadows. This helps me know where everything is!
The accessory tree on the left was given as a gift but I do know you can get these at either Ross or Tj Maxx for no more than $10. I put bracelets and earrings.
Lastly, I went to the dollar store and got two vases to store my makeup brushes! You may use any vases and decorate them with either ribbon. I know that many people use the small acrylic balls to hold their makeup brushes but I figured it was just too expensive for my budget. I bought a pack of those blue stones for $3.
Please comment if you have any questions! =)

My thoughts on some of Benefits products
Just to throw this out there. I am not affiliated with Benefit in any way. I just went on a bit of a shopping craze with their products because I really wanted to try them.
List of items:
The Porefessional
That Gal
Hello Flawless Foundation
Erase Paste
Benefit Nice Melon Eyeshadow
Cabana Glama Set
My thoughts on each item:
The Porefessional: Is a MUST have! If you are looking for a lightweight and silky primer this is definitely your best bet. I've tried Laura Merciers primer and I don't know I was not a fan. I'm not too sure what the hype is about. The Porefessional by Benefit is my go to primerThat Gal: This is an illuminating primer. What I do is mix the Porefessional and That Gal. It gives me an amazing glow on my face. Makes my foundation look a lot more flawless. That Gal is not an essential buy, if you are on a budget I say spend a bit on Porefessional!
Hello Flawless Foundation: This is a light coverage it is build-able but not to the point it is a full coverage foundation. It's a very watery consistency. It does have an spf of 25. I really do like this foundation. I've been using it for a month now. I only use it when I want to have a natural light face and I do not use this for going out at night.
Erase Paste:Ahhhh. I am NOT loving this product. It comes in a small glass container, the paste is at the bottom which makes it very hard to take out. I'm not to sure why but I started getting bumps on where I would apply the paste. I thought that maybe it was the foundation but I realized that I only got bumps in those certain areas. The bumps were not pimples...I think I might have been allergic to one of the ingredients? I'm not to sure. Either way I stopped using it and never got those bumps again.
Benefit Nice Melon Eyeshadow: The reason why I got this single eyeshadow is because it came with the Cabana set which you see in the picture (all the way to the right). I use this as a highlighter on top of my cheeks, on top of my nose, and right above my lip to give it that pop! I GUARANTEE YOU WILL LOVE HOW THIS EYESHADOW GIVES YOU A GLOW AS A HIGHLIGHTER!!! I would've never thought of using this as a highlight but the benefit employee used it on me and I fell in loveeeee. It gives you this beautiful shiny glow. Makes your face look so much alive!!! I definitely recommend this as a highlight and also a all over the lid color~
Cabana Glama set: Comes with 3 eyeshadows, Hoola Bronzer, Some kind a gorgeous foundation, two brushes, and a posie tint lip & cheek stain. I have honestly not tried the foundation that comes with this set (cream based). I really do like the Hoola Bronzer and will be purchasing this again once I run out!

Makeup: May Favorites!!!!
Chanel Vitalumiere AQUA has become my favorite foundation of the month! It is very light and more of liquid form instead of the cakey feel. I picked up the Beige color that better fitted my skin tone. This was expensive but I think that investing in a foundation that would be good for your skin is worth it! ($45)
Sephora & Pantone Universe Shades of Nature Eyeshadow Palette is absolutely my favorite!! The eyeshadow applies very smoothly and is very easily blend-able. My favorite color is the "pantone"...it's a bright teal/blue color. I love it on the corner of my eye duct. This is perfect for the summer! I also like how some colors are shimmery and others are matte. This palette was also expensive but definitely worth saving money and getting! I wanted to get a wide range of eyeshadow colors but everything at Sephora was either a palette of only certain colors for around 40$. So I decided to save up $15 more and get this amazing palette. ($55)
Nars Laguna Bronzer is a bit of medium-dark brown colored bronzer. I like how I can use a light concealer and this bronzer makes me look tan. I totally recommend this color it looks great in the sun! ($34)
Buxom Euphoria Blush is a BRIGHT coral looking color (sorry the picture doesn't really show the true brightness of the color). I really like this color for the season. The only thing about the blush that makes it a bit difficult is the texture of it. It's a bit hard and not powdery, so I find myself constantly dipping my brush into the blush to get the color on. ($24)
From Left: Mac Creme Cup, Right: Mac Amplified Salute!
I've been into nude colors lately. The Creme Cup is lighter in person, it's a very light pink that is a bit close to my lip color. ($14.50)`The one on the right, Amplified Salute, is from their Sailor Collection (limited time), it is a light peach color that gives that very perfect nude look. This one was a bit hard to find, thank God I got the last one =p ($15.50)
Victoria Secret Bombshell Perfume is my favorite scent lately! It gives off that sexy romantic smell...Haha. I love it! (I think this was about $10)
Ahhhh. It was fun doing my first post. All pictures are taken by me =)
My goal is to try new things and let you guys know how I feel about the product. I also will be posting bits and pieces of my life. Hope you guys enjoy my blog!
